Self care is critical for survivors of sexual assault, and for 2023 we are launching a self care craft challenge! Use creativity as a healthy outlet, and connect with other survivors through crafting.
To register, email psetterhallwachs@dialhelp.org or call/text 906-231-9224. Please register at least 24 hours prior to each event to ensure we have enough materials.
Find meeting times and locations at www.uptopclubs.com
There is no cost to attend TOP Club, which meets weekly after school during the school year. It includes hands-on lessons, activities, and community service to build resilience and leadership skills. There are also extracurricular activities like overnight trips and sledding!
